DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROOMS TO GO – TERRIBLE QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We purchased the smallest sectional available from Rooms To Go for $1,747 after being assured that the higher-quality materials would resist sagging, deformation, and wear much longer than cheaper options. That turned out to be completely false. This couch has been used for only 7 months by two average-sized adults. We have no children, no pets, and no heavy use. It’s literally only used in the evenings while watching TV. Yet after just 7 months, the cushions have already developed severe sagging and deformation that significantly impacts comfort. We contacted customer service and opened a claim. They sent an inspector to our home, who personally confirmed that the couch had lost its comfort and that we were dissatisfied with the quality. He took photos and even told us that, because of the quality issues, we might be offered store credit. That never happened. Instead, customer service informed us they would send replacement cushions—which could take up to 90 days to arrive. So after already dealing with an uncomfortable couch for months, we’re expected to wait another three months for cushions that will likely suffer the exact same problem. We have absolutely no confidence that replacing the cushions will solve anything. If the couch failed after only 7 months, why would we expect different results? The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability. Nobody listens. Nobody addresses the actual issue. Every conversation feels like reading from a script with canned responses instead of providing real customer service or a reasonable solution. Rooms To Go sold us a low-quality product at a price that was far from cheap, then failed to stand behind it when problems appeared almost immediately. The furniture quality is disappointing, and the after-sales support is even worse. I strongly recommend avoiding Rooms To Go. There are far better places to spend your money.
