We stand behind the integrity and craftsmanship of our products with a limited lifetime warranty. While we’re very proud of our quality control, on rare occasions when manufacturers’ defects occur, we do our best to correct the issue. We offer a product warranty that is a conditional warranty.

The warranty is to the original purchaser who provides proof of purchase for as long as they own the mattress. This warranty is non-transferable. The warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials from the original date of purchase. Our warranty gives you specific rights that may vary from state to state. If purchased through Colgate’s direct website and if proven defective and it is past the guarantee period, please return the unit with a brief explanation of the defect and Colgate will replace the unit, if it is defective. You will only be responsible for freight charges. The mattress cover is not warranted against tears or stains and the mattress is not warranted against physical abuse.
