⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! I had an excellent experience at Rooms To Go Patio in Pinecrest, thanks to Esperanza Gijsbertha! From the moment I arrived, Esperanza was incredibly welcoming, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. What impressed me the most was her genuine kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about making customers feel valued and appreciated. Esperanza is a tremendous asset to Rooms To Go, and I hope management recognizes the outstanding job she does. I highly recommend asking for Esperanza if you’re shopping at this location. She truly deserves more than five stars! Thank you, Esperanza, for such a wonderful experience!

We got our outdoor patio furniture here 5 years ago and we still have it and it’s still in great shape. We came back today to add an umbrella and Jose helped us and he was so helpful. Always a great experience
