I originally saw something online that I was interested in and spoke with an online sales rep decided to go to the store itself just to see the color and feel the fabric when I got there the store tried to tell me it was just continued that morning that one color they pulled the fabric swatch and I asked couldn't I at least feel it see it and they said no and they said it's discontinue I said but I already have the product in my cart online I just need to click a button to buy it but I wanted to see it first and as soon as I said that I was working with someone online their whole Attitude Change they were not helpful to me at all there's so many sales rep sitting there just talking to one another shooting the breeze but not helpful for me I checked back with Bobby the online sales rep because I saw something else that appealed to me at the store and he offered to get me the original item if I still wanted it or I could get the new one but he was guiding me answering my questions which is all anyone wants just customer service my sister wanted me to go somewhere else but Bobby secured the order for Rooms To Go the online sales rep and I believe he should get a thank you from the company for his efforts because I truly appreciate the customer service he provided to me
We had the best experience while shopping for a sectional for our new home. The level of service was more than exceptional. Roman was a great sales advisor, professional, knowledgeable, and provided great options from the seating, material cleaning, and set-up. She stayed in communication with me, and even came in to meet me on a day she wasn't in-store! The sales manager Dakota provided the best payment option for me, and we had a great conversation! I felt welcomed and the level of service was outstanding. We opted to pick up from the warehouse which was conveniently located close to home, and everything ran smoothly. Set-up in home was super easy (of course with 2 people). We LOVE our new sectional! It's so comfortable, great quality, and absolutely warms up our space, as Roman suggested. The Pleasant Hill location will definitely be our go-to when furnishing our home. :)
Tim is absolutely the best sales person you could ever get in any store!!!! Do not hesitate to visit Rooms To Go !! They have fabulous furniture as I am continuously surprised to see. Much better than they were years ago . The management at this location is superb. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Happy customer!!!
