If I could give no stars or negative stars I would but the prompt wouldn’t allow for it. We ordered 5k in furniture for our new condos and we had a window for delivery for 12-4 while explicitly advising Zachary that this was the only time we would be available as we are traveling from afar. That Saturday morning we received a phone call from the driver stating we would be receiving the furniture delivery at 9::30. We advised the driver that we requested per Zachary that we needed 12-4pm slot. After several stressful calls the driver and dispatcher both stated the delivery would arrive at two. Please keep in mind that the condo was empty and we needed the furniture so my children could sleep. 2pm came and went we called the dispatcher who was a different operators further stating that they were done for the day and an e Monday is a holiday you won’t be able to have the delivery until the following week. This was very disappointing as we now how to figure out our sleeping arrangements after traveling over a thousand miles with three young children. That Sunday we contacted the salesman Zachary who basically said oh sorry about that if you need anything else let us know and before we could talk he hung the phone up. We called back and the manager said we couldn’t get our 800 dollars back because the account was locked and further stated that we were supposed to be home for the delivery. Later that Sunday we talked to a different representative who stated that the order was canceled and refund was returned. We called Tuesday on two occasions to verify the cancellation at which time again we were advised that the account was locked. To date our 800 dollars is in limbo and no furniture delivered. This company has failed on every aspect. From the salesman to management, independent delivery company (horrible communication) and now with customer service call center. All of which continued to mislead us through the course of Memorial Day weekend that our a damper on our plans as well as make us wait on furniture that had no intent of ever being delivered. It appeared in all aspects that Rooms To Go does not care about customers once they sign for the commitment. We were rushed off the phone several times and Zachary was especially dishonest and disrespectful promising us a window which doesn’t exist since it’s controlled by a third party company. What a disgraceful sham Company as they should change their name from Rooms to Go to A BODY OF LIES. If you read this please take it seriously and do not give them a deposit RRG does perform as a normal business model. Absolutely terrible experience and the fact that they just continue to lie through the whole process made us feel expendable.
