⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service — Chris & Lydia Were AMAZING! Yesterday, my wife and I visited the Rooms To Go Outlet in Grand Prairie, Texas, looking for furniture for our new home, and I have to say this was genuinely one of the BEST customer service experiences we have ever had. Chris and Lydia were absolutely phenomenal! From the moment they began helping us, they were patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to help us look through different pieces and find furniture that worked for our home and our budget. What really impressed us was how far they went beyond simply making a sale. When it came time to figure out how we were going to get everything home, Chris and Lydia stepped in and helped us work through the delivery situation as well. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a way to get our purchases delivered and helped facilitate the process from beginning to end. That kind of service is becoming harder and harder to find. They didn’t just treat us like customers making a purchase — they made us feel like they genuinely cared about making sure we left happy. And we definitely did! We found some fantastic pieces for our new home, including an incredible clearance find that made the experience even better. Rooms To Go should be extremely proud to have Chris and Lydia representing their Grand Prairie Outlet. Employees who demonstrate this level of patience, professionalism, kindness, and commitment to their customers deserve to be recognized. Just bought some couches from here, and my salesperson was Michael. He was honestly the absolute sweetest and most helpful person throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the manager, Chris, completely ruined the experience. Michael made one small mistake, and instead of handling it professionally, Chris treated him horribly. He was screaming at Michael, getting an attitude with him for simply asking questions, and even told him he wasn’t going to answer any more of his questions before just leaving him by himself. Watching someone be treated like that over a simple mistake was extremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a business. A manager should know how to communicate with and support their employees, not humiliate them in front of customers. Chris’s behavior was completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management takes this seriously because no employee deserves to be treated that way. Michael deserves much better. Definitely the worst part of an otherwise good experience.
