I’m giving Rooms To Go one star because of the my experience trying to get replacement for sofa through the protection plan sold with it. After a lengthy claims process, Fortegra approved a one-time replacement on September 12, 2026. I was then told the replacement pieces were backordered until November 14, 2026, the entire process will take around 4 months. imagine being without sofas for all this period. I asked to choose a different sofa of equal value, but Rooms To Go and Fortegra have not offered me that option. Instead, I’ve been passed back and forth between their customer service teams without a timely solution. I want future customers to know about this before buying, especially if they’re considering an expensive item that may not be readily available as a replacement. Ask what happens if your exact furniture is backordered and whether you can choose a comparable item. I wish I had known how long this process could take before purchasing the sofa and protection plan. I’m asking Rooms To Go and Fortegra to offer a comparable replacement within a reasonable time.
Ray was amazing! I found exactly what I wanted and he was very thorough and made the process seamless and quick.
Robert was extremely helpful and made our couch shopping experience easy & painless. He greeted us the moment we walked in & helped us through every step of the way. We were in and out of the store in 30 minutes, we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for furniture. They had great deals compared to most stores we shopped around at.
