Smooth ordering process, but not much care in delivery schedule. I scheduled a piece to be delivered in a specific time window, as per my condo building rules, and 3 weeks ahead, to be safe. Schedule was confirmed. However, a couple of days before delivery, I was emailed and messaged that delivery would be at a different time. Lisa in Customer Service, Kelsie and Eva, in Pompano tried their best to make Rooms to Go dispatch respect their initial appointment -a dispatcher replied that the drivers would their very best to be there in that agreed upon time frame- which was actually incompatible with their delivery route schedule! My building staff agreed to stay late, to accomodate the late delivery! Drivers were courteous and apparently did not control the timing of their day's delivery. I find it unfortunate that a nice furniture selection, dedicated staff would have their good work overshadowed by lackadaisical delivery procedures.
Pedro was so nice and helpful, didn’t make us feel pressured at all! Definitely will go back to him next time
