My wife and I recently purchased 9 pieces of furniture for our new home from the Rooms To Go Outlet in Norcross, and we had a great experience overall. When we first arrived, no one initially came over to assist us, but once we asked for help, King J. stepped in and took excellent care of us. He helped us order all of our furniture and was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. When our sectional was delivered, it turned out to be the wrong one. We called the very next day, and King J. immediately took accountability and ownership of the issue of the misunderstanding. He worked with his manager to get everything corrected and even had the delivery, set up, and removal taken care of for us. That level of customer service and accountability is hard to find these days. We truly appreciated how quickly and professionally the situation was resolved. Exceptional service from King J. and the management team! Ask for King when you go he will take care of you!!!!
