I strongly recommend avoiding the Rooms To Go location in Gretna, Louisiana. Unless you are in need of damaged , defected , and unsafe furniture. My experience with this store has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The sales staff was eager to make the sale, but when a serious issue arose, management showed little interest in helping resolve the situation. Rather than working toward a reasonable solution, I was met with resistance, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. What was most disappointing was my interaction with the store manager, Willie. His response to my concerns was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling that customer satisfaction was simply not a priority. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and have my concerns addressed fairly. Instead, I felt dismissed and ignored. A reputable business should stand behind its customers and make a genuine effort to resolve legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location. Due to the way this matter has been handled, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and pursuing additional avenues to have my concerns addressed. Based on my experience, I will never shop at this location again and would not recommend it to friends, family, or anyone looking for quality customer service. Buyer beware.
