Making big purchases and adult decisions is not always easy, but in God's timing it always works out with favor. That's what was bestowed on me when I walked into Rooms To Go, and Ms. Imari greeted me with a smile, great personality, and a cute shade of lipstick. Ms. Imari was very paitent, fun, knowledgeable, creative and more interested in helping me find what I liked, verses showing me random pieces on the show room floor. Ms. Imari also helped me understand how to connect pieces and colors based on my interest. She had a note pad that she took notes on as we walked and talked, and even asked clarifying questions. From looking at pictures of the space I was buying furniture for, to make sure we were getting items that would fit, to making sure the woods complimented the colors I wanted to use as accent colors for decoration Ms. Imari was on it! We walked back and forth, left and right, all over the store discussing options and testing different pieces of interest. Ms. Imari also colaborted with her coworkers on the floor, many giving her compliments. One gentleman told me I was in good hands, he was right. She helped coordinate information for me on pillows, financing, warranties, as well as shipping and delivery. When in the market for more items, I'll be coming to the Metairie location looking for Ms. Imari and another fun and satisfying experience. Thank you very much.
