It saddens me to write the review, but accountability needs to happen. I planned a move in August and purchased furniture. I consistently checked to see if everything was scheduled and confirm for the date in September. Yesterday was the day for my furniture to be delivered. I was looking at their schedule in real time excited for my new furniture for my new townhome to be delivered. It never arrived. They left a voice message that I discovered late. I received no physical number or text. They said they needed a code to enter. They were next to the leasing office and it was opened until 5:00pm. They made no attempt to contact me. They didn’t even text. I contacted customer care and the store probably 10 times for status update. A manager said they will call the dispatch and email them. I need my furniture. I had to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress for over $50 so I can sleep. I have no chairs but have to sit on the stairs because my furniture was not delivered. Then I was told to call Monday to reschedule. Today their credit company took money out of my account for furniture and I have no furniture. I need my money back until I get my furniture. I am so upset, disappointed, and appalled by the lack of accountability, laziness, and the lack of attempt at all means to deliver my furniture. I need my furniture please and I hope no one has this experience.

Ban Alhammoodi was our salesperson for finding our new sofa. She was very helpful and patient while we made our final selection. Very friendly and professional made the experience pleasant. Definitely will be back!
