Exceptional Experience – Mr. Jair Furnished My Entire House! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Rooms To Go, all thanks to Mr. Jair. I arrived after a long day at work and stayed until 9:45 PM—we literally closed the store down—but Jair’s energy, patience, and dedication never wavered for a second. He helped me furnish my entire home in one night, including the living room, dining room, office/guest room, and the master bedroom (complete with an incredible massage mattress!). Every single time I told him what I needed, he immediately guided me to something that perfectly fit my personal style. His knowledge of the inventory and product details was flawless. He even introduced me to a few pieces I would have never thought to look for, and they ended up being absolute home runs. Jair’s design eye, patience, and outstanding work ethic turned what could have been an overwhelming task into an absolute breeze. I am incredibly happy with all my choices and so grateful for his help. If you are going to Rooms To Go, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Mr. Jair!

Furniture seems good, great customer service, good selection, but I don't like getting rushed by sales people right when you walk in the door. Also got a dirty look from the first sales person that came up to me when I ended up getting a different person to help me.
