The first unit that was delivered had a broken piece. We then had it replaced 2 weeks later. Unfortunately the color was a little off. I was told that it would always be a little off and that if I replaced the whole set it was going to be lighter than the original one I ordered. I didn't want a whole lighter set so I opted to keep the one piece lighter and take a 10% refund. I was then told that voids ant warranty because I took a refund. I feel I purchased a darker unit. I now have a mismatched unit and I got a measley 10%. Yes I agreed to it but my other choice, I guess, was to return the whole thing.
