Very dissapointed customer
I really wanted to love this couch because it is very comfortable and looks beautiful in my living room. However, my overall experience has been disappointing. The first issue is that the massage function is nowhere near as strong as the one I tried in the showroom. It doesn't provide the same experience at all. My biggest complaint, though, is the way this purchase was handled. When I went into the store, I specifically told the salesperson that I wanted **four recliners**. At no point did anyone explain that having four recliners on this sectional would create a major problem—that two of the recliners cannot be fully reclined at the same time because they bump into each other. I later completed the purchase online, and the representative there never mentioned this either. As a result, I now have a sectional with four recliners, but I can't use them all as intended. If two people want to recline at the same time, the recliners interfere with each other, and I end up losing seating space. Had anyone informed me of this before I purchased it, I would have made a different decision. I contacted customer service to discuss both the weak massage function and the recliner issue. Unfortunately, they kept focusing on whether the couch had been connected correctly and didn't seem to understand that my primary concern was the poor design of the four-recliner configuration. Received my new shack, couch and loveseat on June 26, 2026 love the looks of it and everything about it except for I had to go buy a new TV so the sound system in the couch would work looked up online. What was the best TV that would sync up with the shack sound system? It was LG C5 $1200 TV. Got it all hooked up. Everything sounds OK until I started working this chair every time I would recline my seat the sound on the TV. would mess up call customer support they won’t be here until July 17 so far I’ve enjoyed watching TV in the upright position I thought the couch and the loveseat both would have speakers on each end, but they don’t. I have not yet contacted the store to find out why they’re only on one end of the couch in one end of the loveseat. disappoint that’s not surround sound. That’s what you call and sound. Maybe it’ll all work out. Maybe it won’t if not, they got me once but they won’t get me twice. Update you after the technician comes. Thank you very much room to go.
