Unfortunately, the entire experience was a big disappointment except for the delivery. Those gentlemen were fantastic. I am only five feet tall and even with the recliner fully extended my feet still hang over the leg rest! The sofa is very uncomfortable and makes my neck and back hurt. I loved it in the store but…….. just not comfortable for my neck and back. The salesman who supposedly helped me in the store acted bored and had a bad attitude. This was my first purchase with rooms to go and I’m not sure if I will make another one. I do want additional furniture as I just moved here a few months ago but now I’m just not sure about rooms to go. The sofa Is beautiful but not comfortable.
