Unresolved Issues
I ordered in May and received the item. It arrived with deep slices through the leather. I reported it immediately before the shipper left. The company told me they’d ship out new cushions. They said it will arrive within a week if in stock, if not up to 90 days. I called after a month or two passed and I found out they accidentally ordered two left cushions instead of a right and a left. They said they corrected it and I’ll still see the two in that window from delivery date. They never shipped them and stopped responding to my inquiries on the status of them. It’s completely unreal that a company with a retail storefront would do you like this. The couch is beautiful. It’s definitely much smaller than you’d think for a couch. It’s definitely not super soft like people also give feedback on it being harder. I’d say it’s nice but definitely beware that you may be promised one thing and they disappear on you as you’re stuck with a broken couch from day one.
