Not as comfortable as it looks
We ordered two to replace the 15 yr old Lazy Boys we had. I feel like it's shorter than the lazy boy recliner that it replaced and doesn't recline back as far. My feet hang over just enough to make it uncomfortable after a while (I am 5'4"). They a lot firmer than the ones we tried out in the showroom. The manager assured us that they would soften up after a while and suggested putting weights on them (?). Also, after having them less than week the right pull on one of them stopped releasing the foot rest. A technician came out and tightened up the brackets and added another one. Other than that, I love the color and softness of the leather and considerably more affordable than the lazy boys we looked at.
