I still haven't got put together yet. When I ordered it I thought rooms to go put it together for me.
Terrible company and product!!!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered two pieces from this TERRIBLE company online. Both of them came unassembled and BROKEN delivered through a third party. When my husband and I tried to return it to the Gulfport store the team was SO RUDE. “UM WE HAVE A BACK DOOR FOR THAT!” I told the salesman about my problem and he laughed in my face and said, “wellllllll that’s why we ask you to come into the store and lay hands and eyes on it.” Customer service on the phone wasn’t much better and so here we are OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS with dressers. The whole reason we bought this in the first place was our daughter was in the hospital and we wanted to surprise her. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon! Never again!
Broken Drawers
First of all, I didn't realize I would have to put it together myself. The two small upper drawers were broken. When I contacted customer care they were great and they had to send out a whole new unit so that I could get the parts out of that and throw away the rest. However, the second one also came with the same parts broken plus one of the big drawers was broken. I live on the second floor of an apartment building. It took me nine trips up and down the stairs to haul it out to my car to drive it to the dumpster. At that point I just asked for a refund. Which was issued.
Broken
There were 2 drawers that were broken in our initial order. They shipped out another one and the same 2 drawers were broken. Poor design and quality.
It holds clothes
Note the reveals around the draws seem ' mostly to align ' but they do not. Some drawers fit flush to a side and the next draw has large reveal. Would show you a photo, but not an option. It was a gift, with some R&D maybe it can be fixed to look a bit better. Not to sturdy. Card board back n drawer bottoms.
