I didn’t receive the right now :(
I called multiple time but no one answered me. The carpet I received doesn’t look nothing like the picture nor in person I saw. I was trying to reach out to Simeon online but couldn’t find my carpet. I’m so happy I see this email. If we can, can I get my carpet replaced to the once I ordered please. Or my money back. Because the one I have I can send picture anything you want also I forgot to say idk why but it smells really bad at first I thought it was because it is new. But this smell is not new.

we love this rug so much more than the one this replaced...picture of it doesn't do it justice as the colors match the surrounding furniture in the tv watching room...super comfy walking on it and more so with the rug pad we bought with it...must see it in person to appreciate it...
