Bad customer service
Installing a 5” box spring under the mattress I noticed the foot board has been broken or was stepped on or had something fall against it. Sure would have been nice for the furniture delivery person to let me know it was damaged after they assembled it and place the mattress on the Bucky board

Easy to handle and great height

So far, so good. The foundations (2 pieces for King) are well made, light-weight enough to move ourselves (seniors), and yet solid enough to provide a good base for our new mattress. They bring the bed down to much better overall height than the 9" base we previously tried. We are both over 5'9" and if we were much shorter we would probably chose the 2" foundation.
