Purchased this loveseat and chair from the website. Never went to look at it before ordering. It is beautiful and fits perfectly in the room. Great quality of fabric, not light weight furniture, and great back and hip support.

Horrible customer service
I fell in love with this loveseat and wanted to purchase the couch too. I purchased the cleaning/guardian warranty. 4 days after getting the loveseat my dog urinated on it. This is definitely overhead with my warranty. I had a long drawn out problem with Guardian saying they didn’t have record of me making the purchase and RTG saying Yes you did. Well after a week of arguing they sent a customer care representative from RTG to remove the stain. He had a “rag” to use. (Like I hadn’t already tried that) He said to just throw it in the wash on cold. Well then why did I purchase a protection plan?? I am so frustrated. I have only spoken to one person at RTG named Terry that has not been rude and has tried to help me. So, I spent $4,000 on furniture and it I can’t get anyone to remedy this issue. Unacceptable!
