The Tempur-Pedic Cloud Dual Cooling Pillow is hypoallergenic and features dual cooling technology, which I really liked. However, I was personally disappointed with its performance. I chose this pillow because it was described as medium to firm, but I found that my head sank too deeply into it. As a result, the pillow became very thin under my neck and did not provide the support I expected, leading to neck pain and discomfort. I have contacted customer service after 3 days of trying this pillow to exchange it into other firm pillow if but unfortunately they don't do return or exchange! Iam also disappointed for the return exchange policy of this expensive product. I have used much less expensive pillows through amazon that offered significantly better firmness and support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this pillow to anyone specifically looking for a firm pillow with strong neck support.

the smell of the foam was very strong , I didn't expect the gassing phase to last a few weeks and the odor still lingers. the gel definitely is cooling but towards the middle of the night, the pillow just flattens and my neck felt unsupported. I went back to my old pillow and used this for propping up my legs instead.
