I love the sectional but I dislike the delivery service. 3/4 of my furniture has to be replaced because of how the delivery guys handled my furniture. Dropping & dragging my furniture in the payment and also staining up my furniture with their dirty hands. Such a huge inconvenience..

They didn’t give me my anchors to keep the couch together. They threw them in the back of the truck and told me I didn’t need them. Then I went through customer care and they only gave me three of the six needed and told me it would be up to 90 business days before I’d get the other three. but other than that, you couldn’t ask for a better furniture I would buy from them again and make sure the delivery driver that set your furniture up for you give you the anchors for this couch, even though the feet are padded and won’t scoot, but if you ever decide to put it in the middle of a room, it may slide and you will need the anchors to keep it together
