Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
What is the benefit of the "New Horizon" fabric used on this sofa?
This sectional features our signature New Horizon fabric, a soft beige chenille that incorporates Repreve yarn. Repreve is a leading performance fiber made from recycled plastic bottles, offering an eco-conscious seating solution that helps reduce plastic waste. Despite its recycled origins, the material maintains the characteristic velvety texture and durability of high-quality chenille, making it both a sustainable and luxurious choice.
What is the best way to clean and maintain the beige chenille upholstery?
Based on our material care expertise, we recommend regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and prevent debris from settling into the chenille weave. For minor spills or spots, use a clean rag with warm water and a light, non-harsh detergent. The high-quality construction and button-tufted back cushions help the piece maintain its elegant silhouette even with frequent use in active households.
Does this contemporary sectional provide enough support for movie nights?
Designed with both comfort and longevity in mind, this sofa features high-density seat cushions with top-stitched detailing to maintain their shape. The 38-inch height and button-tufted back cushions provide ample upper-body support, while the 37.5-inch depth allows for a relaxed lounging position that is ideal for game days or long movie nights.
Is this modular sectional suitable for a small urban apartment?
With a total width of 93 inches, this 3-piece configuration is expertly scaled for smaller living areas or apartments where space is at a premium. A standout benefit of the ModularOne design is that every piece is fully upholstered on all sides. This allows you the flexibility to separate the chairs or reconfigure the layout to fit narrow floor plans or specific architectural corners common in city dwellings.
What technology features are integrated into the media console?
The media console serves as a high-tech command center for your living room. It is equipped with a USB charging port and a wireless charging pad to keep your devices powered, alongside a built-in Bluetooth-enabled speaker for streaming audio. Additionally, it features hidden storage for remotes and a sleek acrylic top that doubles as a durable side table for drinks or snacks.
How do the individual pieces of this modular sectional stay connected?
To ensure a stable and cohesive seating arrangement, this modular system utilizes specialized connectors designed to keep the LAF chair, console, and RAF chair securely attached. These clips are engineered to prevent the modules from sliding apart on hardwood or tile floors while remaining simple to disengage whenever you choose to rearrange your configuration.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
