Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
How do I prevent the modular pieces of this sofa from sliding apart on my floor?
The pieces in the ModularOne collection are upholstered on all sides to allow for total configuration flexibility. To maintain a cohesive setup on smooth surfaces like hardwood or tile, we recommend placing the sectional on an area rug, which provides natural friction to keep the modules in place. For additional stability, the weight of the solid construction helps ground each piece during everyday use.
Is this 3-piece modular sectional suitable for a small apartment or condo?
Absolutely. At 93 inches wide, this sectional is designed for versatility in compact living spaces. One of the primary advantages of the ModularOne collection for urban dwellers is the modular construction; because the sofa is delivered as individual pieces (LAF chair, console, and RAF chair), it is much easier to navigate through narrow hallways, elevators, and tight doorways compared to a traditional one-piece sofa.
What makes the "New Horizon" chenille fabric a sustainable and durable choice for a busy home?
This sectional features our signature New Horizon fabric, a soft beige chenille that incorporates Repreve yarn. This high-performance material is engineered from recycled plastic bottles, offering an eco-friendly footprint without sacrificing comfort. The chenille weave is known for its durability and "nap," which helps mask everyday wear, making it an excellent choice for high-traffic living rooms.
How do the tech features in the media console work?
The media console is a multifunctional hub designed for modern convenience. It features an integrated Bluetooth-enabled speaker for wireless audio, a dedicated wireless charging pad for compatible smartphones, and a USB charging port for other devices. The unit also includes hidden storage for remotes or cables and is topped with a sleek, easy-to-clean acrylic surface that allows it to double as a side table.
What is the best way to maintain the beige chenille upholstery?
To keep the beige fabric looking pristine, we recommend regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris from the chenille fibers. For spills, our general care guidelines suggest blotting immediately with a clean, dry cloth to prevent moisture from soaking into the Repreve yarn. Avoid harsh chemicals; instead, use a mild, water-based cleaning solution if necessary, testing a small, inconspicuous area first.
Can I expand or change the layout of this sectional if I move to a larger home?
Yes, that is the defining benefit of the Drew & Jonathan ModularOne system. Because every piece is finished on all sides, you can move the console between the chairs or use the chairs as standalone pieces. If you move to a larger space, you can visit a showroom to purchase additional matching modules—such as corner units or armless chairs—to expand your 3-piece set into a larger L-shaped or U-shaped configuration.

Couch
Absolutely love the couch, unfortunately when it was delivered the feet were broken. The guys delivering it were great and even reported the broken feet from where they opened the packaging. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything from anyone about them coming out to fix the issue.
Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
