Is this modular sectional a good choice for smaller urban apartments?
Measuring 93 inches in width, this 3-piece sectional is specifically engineered to provide full-scale lounging comfort within a compact footprint, making it an ideal choice for urban apartments or condos. Its modular nature allows the individual pieces to be navigated through narrow hallways or elevator doors more easily than a standard one-piece sofa. Additionally, the integrated media console doubles as a side table, helping you maximize floor space in tighter layouts by eliminating the need for extra accent furniture.
How durable and easy to clean is the beige chenille upholstery?
This sofa is upholstered in "New Horizon" fabric, a sophisticated 100% polyester chenille that incorporates Repreve yarn made from recycled plastic bottles. This high-performance material is designed for long-term resilience, offering better resistance to pilling and stretching than traditional fibers. For households with pets or children, the tight weave of this chenille is beneficial for resisting snags, and our general care recommendations suggest that most common household spills can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
How much clearance is required from the wall for the power reclining seats?
To ensure the power reclining mechanism operates smoothly without contacting your wall, we recommend leaving approximately 4 to 6 inches of clearance behind the unit. Because this model utilizes an electric motor for precision control, you can adjust the recline to your exact preference and stop it at any angle, allowing you to customize the depth based on the specific dimensions of your living room.
What specific technology and storage features are included in the media console?
The central media console is designed as a multifunctional hub for modern living. It features built-in Bluetooth-enabled speakers for an immersive audio experience, along with both USB and wireless charging stations to keep your devices powered without cluttered cords. For organization, the console provides hidden storage for remotes or accessories and features a sleek, easy-to-clean acrylic top that serves as a durable surface for drinks or decor.
Why is a power reclining mechanism better than a manual lever for daily use?
The power reclining functionality in this sectional provides a smooth, controlled motion that allows for far more precise positioning than a manual spring-loaded lever. This is especially beneficial for individuals with limited mobility or those who prefer effortless adjustment, as it eliminates the physical strain required to operate a manual recliner. The push-button controls allow the user to find the perfect ergonomic angle for the footrest with minimal effort.
Can the individual pieces of this sofa be rearranged into different layouts?
Yes, one of the primary advantages of the ModularOne design is its total flexibility. Each of the three components—the left-arm power recliner, the media console, and the right-arm power recliner—is fully upholstered on all sides. This allows you to position the console between the chairs or on either end, or even separate the pieces to act as individual seating should your room layout change or if you move to a new home.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
