Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
What makes the fabric on this sofa different from standard chenille?
The soft beige chenille is upholstered in our signature New Horizon fabric, which features Repreve® yarn. This high-quality performance material is crafted using recycled plastic bottles, offering an eco-conscious seating solution without sacrificing the plush, velvety feel of traditional chenille. This combination provides both modern sustainability and the durability required for everyday relaxation.
Does this sectional come with a warranty or protection against accidental damage?
Yes, we offer robust protection plans through providers like Fortegra and Guardian to safeguard your investment. These plans typically cover accidental stains and manufacturing defects, ensuring your contemporary seating remains a centerpiece of your home for years to come. Depending on your location, different 3-year protection options are available to provide peace of mind for high-traffic households.
How should I clean and maintain the fabric on this modular set?
To maintain the elegant silhouette and soft texture of the chenille, our care guidelines recommend regular dusting with a soft cloth and vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to prevent debris from settling into the weave. For minor spills, use a clean rag with warm water and a light detergent or mild soap. Always avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the Repreve® fibers and the fabric's finish.
What is the benefit of the "upholstered on all sides" design?
Most traditional sectionals have unfinished "hidden" sides where pieces connect, limiting you to one specific layout. Each piece of this set is fully upholstered on all sides, which provides the professional flexibility to use an armless chair as a standalone accent piece or to create an "open" configuration without exposing any black mesh or frame materials.
Is this sectional suitable for a smaller apartment or condo living room?
While this sectional offers a generous 106.5" x 106.5" footprint, its modular nature makes it an excellent choice for urban living and condos. Navigating narrow hallways or tight elevators is significantly easier because the sectional arrives as individual components. Once inside, the pieces can be configured to maximize your specific square footage, ensuring a custom fit that traditional, one-piece sectionals cannot provide.
How flexible is the configuration of this modular sectional?
This modular seating system is designed for maximum versatility. The set includes five individual pieces—a left-arm facing chair, a right-arm facing chair, a corner wedge, and two armless chairs—that can be rearranged to fit your specific room layout. Because each piece is finished on all sides, you can transition from a classic L-shaped corner setup to separate seating arrangements for hosting guests or movie nights with ease.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
