Wonderful customer service
Great Customer service
King needs more slats and center bar support
There's only a handful of slats that span the entire width of the frame. There's 12 inches between each slat, there should only be 2-3 inches between each and there should be a center beam for king size beds. The sides are notched for the slats, so I did have the correct amount. I recommend getting a 12 inch metal platform to put inside the frame, while still having the original slats secured so the entire frame is still sturdy since they seem structural. Other than that, the set is great
