From the lattice look of open space and geometric simplicity to the handsome design elegance of the panel to the knockouts that frame the sleigh with open solidity, each headboard delivers unparalleled style and warmth.
A standard panel base design with patented reversible rails is juxtaposed against the arresting design of the arched base, each offering two equally handsome looks but completely different styles to choose from.
Each drawer is constructed using English and French dovetailing for strength and stability, top drawers are lined with felt to safeguard delicate items such as jewelry and brushed chrome metal drawer pulls in a round or bar shape offer a hint of modern accenting.
The sleek Belcourt lattice bed will be welcomed by those who appreciate clean lines and a contemporary approach to design. A lattice style headboard and picture frame molding on the footboard offers just enough visual interest while maintaining an appealing sense of simplicity. The bed is completed in a rich cherry finish. Mattress and foundation (if required) sold separately. Bed shown is queen size.

Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Will this king-sized bed fit in a standard 12' x 12' bedroom?
Yes, with dimensions of 87.5" L x 82.25" W, a 12' x 12' room is the ideal size for this bed. This layout provides approximately 30 inches of clearance on either side, allowing for standard nightstands and enough walkway space to maintain a spacious, uncluttered feel in your master suite.
Does the style of this bed complement contemporary home decor?
Absolutely. This bed is tailored for those who appreciate clean lines and a contemporary approach to design. The simplified lattice headboard and picture frame molding on the footboard offer sophisticated visual interest without the bulk of traditional styles, making it an excellent centerpiece for modern or transitional bedroom layouts.
What are the benefits of the straight-leg style and 3-piece construction?
The straight-leg design provides a sturdy, stable base that grounds the bed securely for long-term durability. This 3-piece configuration—consisting of the headboard, footboard, and rails—is engineered to be structurally sound while remaining practical for transport through narrow hallways or apartment entryways during a move.
Do I need a box spring or a mattress foundation for this bed?
Yes, this bed is designed for use with both a mattress and a foundation (sold separately). Utilizing a foundation is essential for this frame style to provide the required rigid support that prevents mattress sagging and ensures you maintain total warranty protection for your mattress.
How should I clean and maintain the lattice headboard and wood finish?
For the lattice headboard, we recommend regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth to prevent dust accumulation in the intricate woodwork. To preserve the rich brown cherry finish, avoid harsh chemical cleaners; based on our expertise with dark wood finishes, a lightly dampened cloth with mild soap is sufficient for spot cleaning while maintaining the wood's natural luster.
