From the lattice look of open space and geometric simplicity to the handsome design elegance of the panel to the knockouts that frame the sleigh with open solidity, each headboard delivers unparalleled style and warmth.
A standard panel base design with patented reversible rails is juxtaposed against the arresting design of the arched base, each offering two equally handsome looks but completely different styles to choose from.
Each drawer is constructed using English and French dovetailing for strength and stability, top drawers are lined with felt to safeguard delicate items such as jewelry and brushed chrome metal drawer pulls in a round or bar shape offer a hint of modern accenting.

Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Is an upholstered bed a good choice for coastal or humid environments?
Upholstered beds are excellent for adding warmth and sound-dampening to a room, which is particularly helpful in homes with hard-surface flooring common in coastal areas. In humid climates, we recommend maintaining consistent indoor airflow and keeping the bed a few inches away from the wall to prevent moisture from being trapped behind the headboard. Regular vacuuming is also crucial in these environments to prevent dust from adhering to the fabric fibers in higher humidity.
How durable is the construction of the frame and the fabric?
This bed is engineered for longevity, featuring a contemporary frame designed to support the substantial weight of a king mattress and foundation. The ivory upholstery is crafted from a smooth yet durable fabric that is specifically selected for its resistance to pilling and daily wear. The tapered leg style provides a stable, low-center-of-gravity base, ensuring the bed remains sturdy and quiet over years of use.
How do I keep the ivory fabric on an upholstered bed clean and free of allergens?
To maintain the pristine look of the ivory fabric, we recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to prevent dust and pet hair from settling into the weave. For minor spills, our expertise suggests blotting immediately with a clean, soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, as they can damage the fabric's smooth finish. For those in high-traffic homes, a professional cleaning every 12–18 months can help restore the fabric’s brightness and remove deep-seated allergens.
Does this king-sized bed require a box spring or a foundation?
Yes, this 3-piece set—which includes the headboard, footboard, and side rails—is designed as a panel-style bed and requires a foundation or box spring. Utilizing a proper foundation is essential for a king mattress as it prevents sagging and ensures the mattress manufacturer's warranty remains valid by providing a completely flat, sturdy support surface.
What are the specific design advantages of an arched headboard with nailhead trim?
The arched headboard provides a sophisticated, tall silhouette (54 inches) that adds a sense of vertical scale and grandeur to contemporary or classic bedrooms. The hand-applied nailhead trim in a silver finish serves as a high-contrast accent, highlighting the elegant curves of the bed. This design choice effectively anchors the room, making additional large-scale wall decor above the bed unnecessary.
Will the large footprint of a king bed fit comfortably in a standard-sized master bedroom?
This bed measures 82"W x 88"D, which is slightly larger than a standard king mattress to account for the plush upholstery and tapered legs. It is ideal for master suites that are at least 12' x 12' in size. We recommend leaving at least 30 inches of walking space around the perimeter of the bed to ensure the room feels balanced and the "reverse arched" headboard remains a striking focal point without overwhelming the space.
