From the lattice look of open space and geometric simplicity to the handsome design elegance of the panel to the knockouts that frame the sleigh with open solidity, each headboard delivers unparalleled style and warmth.
A standard panel base design with patented reversible rails is juxtaposed against the arresting design of the arched base, each offering two equally handsome looks but completely different styles to choose from.
Each drawer is constructed using English and French dovetailing for strength and stability, top drawers are lined with felt to safeguard delicate items such as jewelry and brushed chrome metal drawer pulls in a round or bar shape offer a hint of modern accenting.

Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Does this bed require a box spring or foundation?
Yes, this bed is designed to be used with a mattress and a foundation or box spring (both sold separately). Utilizing a proper foundation ensures the mattress is supported at the correct height and maintains the structural integrity of the lattice headboard and picture-frame-molded footboard.
Is this queen bed frame durable and quiet for long-term use?
The Belcourt is designed with structural stability in mind, featuring high-quality construction and a protective brown cherry finish. A key benefit of this item is that it requires no customer assembly; because it is factory-fitted, the joints are significantly more secure than typical home-assembled kits. This professional joinery minimizes the friction points that cause squeaking, ensuring a quiet and sturdy sleep environment for years.
Is this bed a good choice for a smaller bedroom or a city apartment?
This bed is an excellent option for space-conscious rooms. With a length of 87.5" and a width of 66.25", it offers a standard queen footprint without excessive bulk. The tapered legs elevate the frame off the floor, creating a sense of "visual lightness" that helps a small bedroom feel more open and less cramped, which is a common strategy for urban apartment living.
How should I maintain the rich brown cherry finish?
To preserve the luster and depth of the cherry finish, our experts recommend dusting the wood regularly with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth. For deeper cleaning, a slightly dampened cloth followed immediately by a dry one is effective. This material is more resistant to allergens and pet hair than upholstered alternatives, making it a practical choice for homes with pets or allergy sufferers.
What are the functional advantages of a lattice headboard?
Beyond its contemporary aesthetic, the lattice headboard design promotes superior airflow around the head of the bed. This is particularly beneficial for those who prefer a cooler sleeping environment. The "clean lines" mentioned in our design profile ensure the bed adds sophisticated visual interest to the room without the heavy, closed-off feeling of a solid upholstered or panel headboard.
How does the wood finish hold up in different climates, such as high humidity?
The rich cherry finish acts as a protective seal for the wood, making it resilient to various environmental conditions. In humid coastal or southern climates, the open lattice design of the headboard is a significant advantage, as it prevents moisture from becoming trapped against the wall or mattress, a common concern with solid-backed furniture.
