Both side rails were bent/broken and sagged in the middle. Very poor quality bed.
I purchased this set for myself and I’m not to fond of the “gap” in between the mattress and the bottom of the headboard. When I reached out to customer care/service through the chat feature, said person didn’t really seem to care too much about my concern and proceeded to brush me off/was dismissive about my concern.
