The slats on the chairs are not placed quite together. it's not smooth like the rest of the chair. Someone from RTGO was here he noticed the manufacturer defect and suggested a replacement As of yet I'm waiting on RTGO to dreplace the defective chair. I am not pleased with what's happening with the whats taking place and so long to resolve. I know that im still waiting on the replacement chair
