Dissatisfied customer
The product was what I expected very comfortable just what we were looking for but the sales person was very unknowable about the price and what she was selling we purchase the chair with the understanding that both items ( chair and ottoman was $599 when delivered we only had the chair and no ottoman when calling the manager I was told the ottoman was separate and would cost an additional $379 she was not interested in making it right due to her sales person mistake I had no intention of spending this must and needless to say I had to wait anotherr weelk to have the ottoman delivered I hav spent a lot of money at rooms to go but the sales person had no idea of what she was doing I probably will not shop here again
