Love the couch. Not a fan of the pillows
This is our 3rd Cindy Crawford couch. They last a long time and we like the quality. The throw pillows are crazy colors. We tried to order pillows in solid colors, but two of them did not match, since you have to order of a tiny flyer and they have non in stock to see them on the couch. We asked to change out the two that did not match and were told we can only do it if we bought more furniture. Disappointed on rooms to go. Something as simple as throw pillows should not be that hart to adjust for a loyal customer. It was easy to order on line, but the whole process felt very impersonal. We spent a lot of money and we expected better service. The sales person was nice, but said his hands were tied. Maybe is a small thing, but it bothered me and I won't forget it. I have two pillows I can't use, but I paid for them. How hard is it to switch two throw pillows????
