Love the sales help and chair
Not Happy, chair doesn't fit like the one in the store. Tech coming on Thursday, hoping for an easy fix!!
Uncomfortable
The chairs look good , but are very hard and uncomfortable We have to use soft pillows so we can sit in them if I call ( which I might do ) to complain it will be the 5th item we have purchased at Rooms To Go AND EACH HAS HAD TO BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF BROKEN PARTS OR THE INCORRECT ITEMS!!! These chair were not this stiff in the store ! Over the last 10:years we purchased furniture for our children’s rooms A a dining room set for our summer house , and we’re very happy Which is why we chose to shop at Rooms To Go Again ! I look forward to hearing from you!
