I love sleeping on this bed. The base does everything they said it will do. I am enjoying being able to raise my head up to read or watch tv effortlessly. This is a great product to have.

Unfortunately the item was damaged and when we called rooms to go they sent us to a secondary party because they couldn’t help us cause the item was from another supplier witch is very unfair to customers
I I’ve had the piece for 3 weeks there was a broken part in the box, ordered a replacement part it also came in broken now I’m still waiting for another replacement to arrive
