We’ve already had to exchange our new purchase for another one, on our 3 year service contract. The first one had one malfunctioning right loveseat glider that didn’t glide properly. The cushion rubbed against the console cushion, which caused it to not move back and forth, freely. Another one was delivered and it had the same malfunction, except this time it was the left loveseat that didn’t glide properly. A service appointment has been scheduled this time, so hopefully, this problem can be fixed. If not, we’ll have to exchange it for another one with two glider loveseats that both work!
A little short
Although it seems to be a quality piece I wish they would have had one in the showroom. We bought the couch and added the loveseat. However, when the love seat reclines it is a little short on the leg support. I don't like my legs hanging off from the calves down and I'm only 5'10"
Not happy
I have bought a lot from Rooms To Go and loved the items. But I do not like the loveseat at all. I bought it because I needs a new recliner. The reclining doesn't work properly. I recliner but it's like it does hold. The weight of my legs push it down. My small 10 pound dog jumps on my legs and the recliner practically closes. I love the fabric but hate the mechanical part of the chair. I would return if I could.
