Arrived damaged
I caution you to scrutinize this item and with the delivery person(s). Mine has a demarcation which I was unaware of, and the delivery team left without my inspection of the item or informing me. The trundle bed is difficult to open and close. It has been almost a month since I was promised a person would come to my home and repair this. Initally, the afternoon of delivery, I prompted contacted RTG and was led to believe the drivers would turn around and come back. They did not. They have ruined the new rug under this item by bunching it up under this, and I, cannot lift this to pull the rug out and correct this issue. RTG was made aware of that. Bottom line, don't place your purchase in the hands of people who simply drop off the item and leave.
Piece of junk.
Not happy since the front panel on the trundle came off when pulled out the first time. I called and a replacement was to be sent and reinstalled. Still haven’t received the new panel so the one that I have doesn’t look like the picture above. Thought it would be a nice addition for additional sleeping space but it is a piece of junk. Maybe someone can contact me regarding the replacement piece and installation. If not the Customer Service for Rooms To Go get a zero rating.
