Love it, but......
LOVE the chair. Unfortunately, the swivel mechanism must be on backwards; when you sit in the chair, it tilts you forward ... like you would fall out if your feet weren't on the ground. However, I spoke to Rooms to Go (we had purchased the extra care package) ... and they are sending an exact replacement chair.
Design Flaw
This chair feels like you are sitting at an angle throwing you forward. When you lean forward to stand up, the front edge of the chair hits the floor and the ring base of the chair comes up off the floor effectively propelling you forward. An older person could easily stumble coming out of the chair. The chair is beautiful ( I bought two!) but is not safe. I have returned both.
