Horrible Experience
The console arrived severely damaged looking like something from the flintstones. Told I would get a call later that day from RTG to arrange pick up of the damaged console and a new delivery date. I didn’t get a call so I called customer service and was advised of delivery for following week. Since I didn’t receive any notification of delivery time I called customer service only to be told delivery was not set up and rep would call me back. Again no calls to me. I called next day, same thing. Called again and was finally told item not available until mid-April. Meanwhile I have this unusable piece of furniture sitting in my living room for 2 months. RTG Customer Service has been silent nor do they make any concessions for their poor handling. Extremely disappointed in RTG.
A beautiful piece of furniture
We exchanged this for the 42 inch fire box which is what we had ordered in the firstplace. However, we do love this piece of furniture. well built and attractive. Solid wood and not particle board1
