The screen I signed which was copied to me clearly designated the piece as damaged in red lettering. The delivery staff and I noted large amount of oily leakage in the right rail of top drawer. Upon further inspection that drawer does not close smoothly as others and a glob of extra lubricant must have been applied in a quality check at factory. Delivery men stated you would be in touch to replace.

Top drawer is difficult to open.
This was delivered on Friday. Just as a drop shipment. When my sun came over to set bedroom furniture there was a hole in box that caused a hole on back of chest.
