FINALLY
The product itself is great. The problem was with the shipment. The original shipment only had two chairs. The second shipment was delayed for months but we were not informed until the day before the scheduled delivery. Rooms to Go needs to make customer service a higher priority.
Great chair
The color is wonderful. The seat is comfortable. Expected to have to assemble the chairs but they came assemble which is a plus. Overall am very pleased with the chairs.
