Great Product—But Even Better Customer Service
Love the look and feel of the Cindy Crawford Caletta Way reclining love seat. Liked it so much, I bought the matching sofa! And a BIG shout out to Rooms to Go. I first received a defective love seat, which had three issues I noticed immediately after delivery. One phone call to RTG and in less than a week, I had a new replacement delivered and in perfect condition. That’s great customer service! Thank you, RTG!
