Not happy. Very shoddy workmanship
Not what I was hoping for
Nice and comfy, but there is a chemical on it that is causing an allergic reaction (sofa dermatitis)... also within 5 days of receiving it the footrest mechanism broke & I am still waiting for repair people; this was my birthday present & a medical need. I wish I could go back and buy something else. By the way, people who complained about the Lumber & massage are on point... not nice.
A great power chair
It is amazingly comfortable and beautiful. Spacious for a larger person. Only concerns are when the power goes out, which it has several times in the past few weeks, you are stuck in what ever position you are or. Having a hard time finding an armrest pocket organizer to hold remotes and the control for the chair. Would I buy it again, absolutely.
