Comfortable chair with the exception of the lumbar and massage features.
Not happy. Very shoddy workmanship
Not what I was hoping for
Nice and comfy, but there is a chemical on it that is causing an allergic reaction (sofa dermatitis)... also within 5 days of receiving it the footrest mechanism broke & I am still waiting for repair people; this was my birthday present & a medical need. I wish I could go back and buy something else. By the way, people who complained about the Lumber & massage are on point... not nice.
Could use storage, cup holder, usb. Other then that great chair
