POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO LEGS ON THE COUCH
My couch is lovely but it did not arrive with the legs. The legs finally came but NO ONE has contacted me about putting them on the couch. When I first let them know that the leg were not there, they said they would be sent out overnight and I would be contacted so that someone could come and attach them. There is no obvious holes or any instructions, or I would do it myself. Very poor customer service and I will NOT be recommending you to anyone. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that I do like the couch.
