Nice quality, diverse leather sectional
This sectional appears of good quality leather, is soft but also supportive. Sectional design is diverse and can be re-arranged to be a couch and 2 chairs. Contact from Rooms To Go was excellent, Easy to arrange or change shipping. Shipping and set up was smooth

Delivery is EXPENSIVE and a waste of time!
One order, a couch and ottoman - 2 delivery dates. Both were awful and no consideration of our time. We paid for full delivery $179! First delivery was 5 hours late. Second delivery we tracked, the app told us between 345 and 415. I have a screen shot. They showed up supposedly at 1035! Someone was home and NEVER SAW THEM! First we were told they couldn’t find it then almost immediately told they were there and waited 20 mins but they weren’t. I haven’t set up a new date as we don’t want the ottoman from R2G anymore. The couch is nice and we will keep that but we are done with this store.
