Hard choice
Maybe the model in the store was more broken in because this one is hard. It’s not as comfortable as I expected! Kind of a pain the switches are down inside the cushions especially on my nails & trying to locate the right ones. The positions are good & besides the stiffness, very relaxing. For these reasons, I opted out of the matching chair.

Absolutely wonderful sofa most comfortable yet
I absolutely love this loveseat. It looks perfect in my living room, and it reclines all the way back, which makes it very comfortable. When I had a stain the technician couldn’t remove, they replaced the entire sofa with a brand new one, which I appreciated.. However, after the exchange I was told that my warranty was canceled, which I think it is ridiculous.
The headrests on the sofa don’t match up when down.otherwise it’s nice!
